Responsibilities:
- Instill efficient processes and project monitoring across the Secure Communications portfolio, managing CRM and growth pipeline reporting.
- Engage corporate functional teams (HR, procurement, IT, security) to drive initiatives from planning to closure, ensuring compliance and collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Federal and commercial program experience in secure communications (audio, video, VTC, security systems) is required.
- Experience with electronic suites like Deltek Costpoint, Jira, and SharePoint for contract management, analytics, and workflow automation.
- Strong understanding of compliance, risk mitigation, and managing End of Support (EOS) strategies with product teams.
Compensation and Travel:
- Compensation is based on individual skills and experience, with benefits including Health/Dental/Vision and 401(k) match.
- The role requires 25% CONUS travel and obtaining/maintaining a Public Trust federal background investigation.
