Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site and virtual assessments of client operations, facilities, and safety programs to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze claims data, OSHA records, and loss trends to uncover opportunities and help clients reduce losses and improve safety outcomes.
- Deliver training, resources, and guidance on workplace safety, accident prevention, and regulatory compliance.
Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in loss control, safety consulting, risk management, or commercial insurance.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations, safety management systems, and workers' compensation.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
