Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations of community channels (Emails, our forum, YouTube, X, Facebook, Instagram and others), implementing a long-term community growth strategy, ensuring company engagement with our community, monitoring replies, and coaching team members on effective engagement. Also includes creating internal guidelines for community engagement by other RTINGS.com staff and directly engaging with the community where required (e.g. answering questions, responding to emails, etc.).
