Associate, Securities Lending Operations Remote Regulatory

Join the Operations team, and work directly with our Manager, Securities Lending Operations, Trading Desk and other Operations Associates to execute on daily securities lending processes. Assist in maintaining positioning by processing returns from counterparties and supporting the loan recall process. Work to ensure timely loan and return settlement, and resolve related issues. Collaborate with traders, product managers, engineering and other operations teams to ensure effective and timely trade flow and settlement. Communicate with counterparties via email or on calls to execute on loans and recalls, and resolve discrepancies. Identify and resolve discrepancies in transactions. Perform daily and monthly reconciliation of records and assist with audit requests. Support front-office operations related to corporate actions and daily market movement. Support billing and month-end processes. Represent Wealthsimple in interactions with external counterparties and cultivate industry relationships. Support the development of operational procedures as we build out our Options business. Support the treasury team with cash movements, including billing. Support the onboarding of new counterparties.
