Senior Staff Engineer - Mobile/Kotlin (REMOTE)

About the Role:

• As a Sr. Staff Engineer, you will lead ambitious mobile projects and shape technical strategy.
• You will operate both strategically and hands-on, setting the standard for the team.

Responsibilities:

• Own the technical execution of complex features across the Fanatics App.
• Partner with product, design, and stakeholders to make high-impact decisions.
• Mentor engineers and champion software quality and observability practices.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years building scalable Android apps with Kotlin Multiplatform.
• Strong communication and team-first mentality in high-growth environments.
• Experience with cross-platform code sharing and observability is preferred.
