Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct privacy impact assessments (PIAs) and data protection impact assessments (DPIAs) for new processes and systems.
  • Review data processing agreements (DPAs) and BAAs to assess privacy risks.
  • Partner with Enterprise Security on incident response and third-party risk management.

Compliance and Governance:

  • Apply global privacy regulations including HIPAA, GDPR, and UK GDPR.
  • Support responsible AI governance, including AI risk assessments and vendor evaluations.
  • Monitor emerging AI laws and contribute to governance policies and training.

Qualifications and Work Setting:

  • Significant hands-on experience with PIAs, DPIAs, and DPAs as an individual contributor.
  • Strong knowledge of global privacy principles and ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Sedentary work with regular business hours; some travel may be required.
