Responsibilities:
- Drafting and revising legal documents as requested by Legal Counsel.
- Provision of litigation support, including the updating of case tracker to reflect case activity.
- Provision of contract management support and assistance with required state and regulatory registrations and filings.
Qualifications:
- B.A. or B.S. degree, or a paralegal certificate, or significant, other relevant experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a paralegal or other role with similar responsibilities
- Proficient with Microsoft products required.
