Delivery Director

The Delivery Director will oversee and support delivery teams to ensure high-quality outcomes aligned with client expectations, fostering continuous improvement and adherence to delivery best practices. They will collaborate with HR on recruitment and onboarding, provide mentorship and career development support, and promote a healthy, engaged, and productive team culture. The candidate will build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, serving as the point of contact for delivery questions or escalations. They will use internal tools to monitor progress, control costs, and report on KPIs, aligning team activities with business and project objectives, and contribute delivery estimates and context during the proposal phase, participating in planning and growth discussions.
