Principal Software Architect

Role Overview:

• Build reliable AI systems in production, including prompt management, evaluation, and monitoring.
• Define architectural changes that can be implemented incrementally while minimizing risk.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and mentor team members on AI patterns and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in technology or equivalent, with at least 10 years of engineering experience and 7 in software architecture.
• Proficiency in React, PHP, MySQL, and experience with CI/CD and deployment systems.
• Strong knowledge of security best practices and experience delivering AI-backed features end-to-end.
