Support the implementation of Bluesight SaaS products for our hospital customers. This is an entry-level position tailored for someone with a customer-focused mentality, technical proficiency, excellent communication skills, and obsessive attention to detail. Working with customers and technical teams, you will contribute to a successful customer experience by setting up infrastructure, analyzing data, responding to technical questions, and building tools that help you do all of that more efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities include validating, reconciling, and analyzing data input from disparate systems to ensure data integrity, communicating data findings, and collaborating cross-functionally with the implementation, product, and engineering team to identify trends, improve processes, and enhance data pipelines.
