As a key member of the Talent team at ElevenLabs, you will play a vital part in our hiring strategy and execution. This is a unique opportunity to build and power the engine of ElevenLabs by identifying, engaging, and attracting top talent to join our dynamic team. This is a high autonomy, high impact, and high growth role. As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a vital role in our talent acquisition strategy, partnering closely with hiring managers and delivering a white-glove, best in class candidate experience. You will also lead the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent across the engineering, product, and growth departments. Further responsibilities include developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified candidates, utilizing various channels such as social media, job boards, and industry networking events. You will develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify high-potential candidates through strategic sourcing while collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements, providing guidance and expertise to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. Finally, you will maintain and analyze recruitment metrics to track the effectiveness of recruitment activities, making data-driven decisions to optimize and enhance our hiring processes.
