Role Overview:

- Coordinate engineering, docs, content, and SE teams around a unified developer strategy.
Community & Feedback:
- Build trust in GitHub, Discord, and open source ecosystems where AI builders live.
- Create a tight feedback loop from developers to product and engineering.
Program Accountability:
- Define success across signups, activation, and adoption in AI frameworks.
- Connect awareness to revenue and grow the program.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary range $172,000–$215,000 plus bonus and RSUs.
