Job Description

Responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with a portfolio of remotely managed SME healthcare clients across the UK, with a particular focus on elderly care, specialist learning disability and children’s day nursery operators. In your role you will be the relationship contact point for these businesses, ensuring high-quality in-life customer management, supporting credit submissions, and contributing to the seamless delivery of Allica Bank’s Healthcare lending proposition. Managing a portfolio of Healthcare SMEs across the UK, helping them to make the most of the ever-growing Allica product offering including current accounts, deposit products and lending solutions. Responsible for management of Allica Healthcare customers to include monitoring of covenant compliance, monitoring of quarterly customer Management Information and providing feedback, annual reviews, review of Audited Accounts, analysing cashflow forecasts and business plans. Debt levels will typically be in the range of £0.5m-£20m.
