Responsibilities:
- Oversee quality delivery of Payment Integrity Solutions and develop a quality measurement framework.
- Align quality processes across products and establish monitoring mechanisms to communicate performance to leadership.
- Engage with clients and internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and exceed service level benchmarks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred) in business, operations, healthcare, or related field.
- Minimum five years of management experience, ideally within the healthcare industry.
- Demonstrated operational excellence, problem-solving ability, and proven people leadership skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base compensation ranges from $140,000 to $185,000 per year and is eligible for a discretionary bonus.
