Job Description
The Integration Engineer is responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining robust integration workflows using n8n (and similar iPaaS/automation platforms) to connect AHEAD's platforms to vendor, customer, and OEM systems. This role involves working closely with internal teams and external organizations to understand data requirements (device health metrics, entitlement status, etc.), then designing and implementing workflow automations to fetch, transform, and normalize that data.
Key responsibilities include Integration Development, Workflow Maintenance & Optimization, API Design & Documentation, Automation Strategy, Collaboration & Requirements Gathering, Code Review & Standards, Monitoring & Alerting, and Support & Troubleshooting.
