Responsibilities:
- Own the client experience from kickoff to hypercare, serving as the trusted primary contact and ensuring proactive communication and status updates.
- Manage a high-volume portfolio of technical engagements by coordinating engineering teams, enforcing scope, and utilizing AI for documentation and reporting overhead.
- Identify and signal follow-on revenue opportunities within client accounts, ensuring sales is looped in for potential expansion.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years in technical project management or client delivery at a software services firm, with experience owning plans and milestones across multiple concurrent projects.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and/or MuleSoft, coupled with exceptional written and verbal communication skills and comfort in a high-context-switching environment.
- A bias for action, decisiveness under chaos, and hands-on experience using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT as part of your daily workflow.
Performance Metrics:
- Measured on client satisfaction scores, on-time and on-budget delivery, scope control, invoice accuracy, and project portfolio health.
- Evaluated on discovery-to-build velocity, account expansion radar effectiveness, and hypercare quality to ensure consistent and valuable client outcomes.
