Job Description
As a Senior QA Analyst at Intelerad:
- Lead comprehensive testing initiatives across multiple product lines, including functional, regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing.
- Design and execute advanced test strategies and plans for complex healthcare software systems, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Mentor and support junior QA team members while fostering a culture of quality excellence.
Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with developers, product managers, and clinical specialists for quality requirements and defect resolution.
- Automate testing processes to enhance efficiency and maintain consistent quality.
- Manage sensitive health data in compliance with privacy regulations.
Qualifications include:
- A degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance, including at least 2 years in healthcare software or regulated environments.
- Strong expertise in testing methodologies, including manual and automated testing.
