Email Marketing Specialist

About the Role:

• This is a hands-on, end-to-end role — you'll own everything from copy and build to deployment and reporting.
• You'll work closely with in-house campaign and design teams but need to operate independently.
• This is a temporary role anticipated to last approximately 6 months.

What You'll Do:

• Brief the design team on email creative needs and ensure assets are delivered on-spec for SFMC builds.
• Build and manage journeys in SFMC, including segmentation logic, send rules, and suppression lists.
• Manage IP health and sender reputation, flagging deliverability issues proactively.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in email marketing, with at least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
• Strong email copywriting chops with a track record of writing for gaming or entertainment audiences.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS email rendering, mobile optimization, and dark mode QA.
