Senior DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Architect and scale AWS infrastructure for container orchestration, networking, and cost optimization.
• Build the observability and alerting platform from design through to production deployment.
• Harden container workloads and secrets management across various compliance environments.

Ownership and Impact:

• Own shared infrastructure components like Postgres and Redis, proactively addressing bottlenecks.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, optimizing for deployment speed, reliability, and security.
• Define and own reliability practices including SLOs, incident response, and post-mortems.

Team and Collaboration:

• Work closely with engineering leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure reliable, secure infrastructure.
• Unblock engineering teams by reducing deployment friction and improving development environments.
• Share on-call responsibilities and lead incident response and resolution efforts.
