About the Role:
- This is a remote UK CoSec Manager position within HSP Group's global expansion team.
- You will manage a portfolio of UK corporate secretarial clients, ensuring compliance and seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day CoSec tasks including incorporations, de-registrations, AGMs, and filings.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide solutions for outsourcing needs.
- Support global Legal Entity Management with expertise and best practices.
Qualifications:
- ICSA (or equivalent) certification desirable, with 3-5 years of UK CoSec experience.
- Excellent customer management, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment with global time zones.
