Job Description
As a Senior QA Test Automation Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and functionality of an intelligent, automated solution that supports users through conversational interfaces. You’ll collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to build, maintain, and execute both manual and automated tests for a cloud-based platform powered by Dialogflow, APIs, and structured data—not speech-to-text systems. Your work will help ensure a reliable, seamless user experience across digital assistance tools. Create, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases across all phases of development. Perform manual testing, including exploratory testing of new features. Design and implement a test automation framework, integrating it into the existing CI/CD pipeline. Validate REST APIs and underlying data integrations using structured data inputs (JSON, XML, CSV). Test and validate Dialogflow-based voicebot flows to ensure expected conversational performance. Identify, document, and track bugs or performance issues; collaborate with devs to resolve them pre-deployment. Work with large datasets and ensure data-driven workflows meet quality standards. Contribute to a scalable QA strategy that aligns with agile development methodologies.
