Engineering Manager

Take ownership of one or more development teams. This role balances the need for successful and consistent execution goals with mentorship and developing a highly motivated team of engineers in a fast-paced environment. This is not a coding role but you'll be working with your team(s) to ensure high technical quality, high product quality, a pragmatic technical approach as well as making our customers happy! Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering Leadership peers and your team to build services and platforms foundational to our virtual agent platform. Run a well organized team: - Create and foster a shared mission that drives your team toward a common goal - Manage and prioritize work through a rigorous, yet lightweight, agile process - Provide mentorship, feedback and guidance for your team members through the creation of individualized growth plans and measurable goals. Use your technical expertise to provide leadership and oversight of projects on your team guiding architecture/design decisions, providing thorough and thoughtful code reviews, and occasionally commit some code on non-critical path projects.
