Job Description
Support the refinement, design and definition of scalable solutions following good development practices. Analyze and optimize business processes, focusing on CRM campaigns, linking results of technical solutions with business results. Elaborate and monitor a map of metrics and key results on the digital products created by the Squad, aiming at refining prioritization and consolidating backlog. Act together with Product Managers with a more technical view of the solutions. Know and have experience with Salesforce products, such as Marketing Cloud, Personalization and Data Cloud. Sales and Service are important differentials. Interpretation and collaboration capacity for story refinement, use cases and acceptance criteria; Analyze and understand business requirements, elaborating a vision of expected results x the metrics for measuring this achievement.
