Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) with controlled documents, policies, and procedures.
- Coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and support PMO governance and process standardization.
- Manage compliance documentation for CMMI, CMMC, ISO 9001, and other frameworks.
Compliance & Audits:
- Plan and coordinate internal audits and support external certification audits.
- Track findings through closure and prepare audit reports and executive summaries.
- Monitor contract deliverables, SLA, and KPI compliance.
PMO & Reporting:
- Support governance reviews and project health assessments.
- Maintain PMO templates and standards.
- Develop dashboards and provide monthly executive reporting on compliance and PMO maturity.
