Tech Lead Manager (TLM), Robotics Fleet

We’re looking for a Tech Lead Manager (TLM), Robotics Fleet to lead our engineering team building Foxglove’s Fleet Management product. As TLM, Robotics Fleet, you will oversee the design and development of systems that connect and manage fleets of robots – from low-level, on-device software all the way up to large-scale, cloud-based distributed systems. You’ll work closely with Product and GTM teams to align engineering efforts with customer needs, helping shape both the roadmap and technical direction to deliver maximum customer value. Your work will ensure the team builds scalable, reliable solutions that power real deployments across the robotics industry. Key responsibilities include leading and growing a small team of engineers building our Fleet Management product; contributing directly to design and implementation across backend, frontend, and embedded components; and fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency, and technical excellence.
