Site Contracts & Budget Negotiator

As a Site Contracts & Budget Negotiator at ICON Bulgaria, you will be at the forefront of clinical trial agreements and budget negotiations. This is a sponsor-dedicated role where you’ll negotiate budgets and clinical study agreements within Bulgaria, with opportunities to support other countries in EMEA. Your responsibilities include performing negotiations of legal terms and budget terms for Clinical Study Agreements and amendments, drafting ancillary site contracts, and utilizing sponsor-provided templates. You will be expected to maintain site-specific templates, recommend country-specific modifications, and prioritize meeting study timelines. In addition, you will perform quality control checks of contracts, support country-level intelligence, and manage payment support forms. Actively participate in per-subject cost development meetings providing expertise to budget-related contract terms and conditions.
