Job Description
You will lead complex ServiceNow projects from planning to implementation - within the agreed scope, budget and timeframe. You are responsible for the project scope, schedule, budget and ensure that customer expectations are met. You are the central point of contact for customers and lead project and Scrum meetings (e.g. dailies, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives). You manage risks, problems and changes (RIDAC) proactively and communicate transparently. You create regular project and financial reports for customers and Devoteam. You ensure that agile principles are adhered to and coach your team and the product owners. You work closely with the account teams, develop convincing offers and identify new business opportunities. You take over the daily account and stakeholder management and build strong, long-term customer relationships. You ensure that projects are strategically aligned and customer satisfaction is the focus. Further development & community and share your knowledge with other project managers and support junior colleagues as a mentor.
