Senior/Staff Designer

Lead all things design at Anara. This is an opportunity to reinvent how scientists discover information and work together. You’ll build the foundation of a design culture that will impact scientific research for decades to come. Talk to users, translate these conversations into product features, improvements and fixes, work with engineering to get them shipped, repeat. Build the design team as we scale, including hiring, establishing design processes, and fostering a culture of rapid iteration and excellence. Own all aspects of our visual identity across product, marketing, socials and brand. Define and implement design systems, documentation practices and workflows that help the team build visually consistent, high-quality features quickly.
