Lead Anara's SEO strategy by optimizing for traditional search engines and emerging AI-driven discovery models (LLMs, AI-generated search results, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and TikTok SEO). Implement AI-driven workflows to scale SEO, leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, programmatic SEO techniques) for content optimization, keyword research, and automation. Optimize site structure & performance.

Create short-form video content that’s smart, fun, and performs well. You'll be joining a growing team of 30+ creators already posting about research and studying; posting on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube Shorts, using a UGC Playbook and trends list to guide videos and sharing drafts for feedback.

Responsible for leading the development of products end-to-end, from conception through development and rollout. Perform up-front discovery through user interviews, competitive research, data analysis, etc. and present findings to the team. Optimize existing flows to reduce churn and increase conversion. Investigate and resolve inbound customer issues reported through communication channels.

Lead all things design at Anara and reinvent how scientists discover information and work together. As the Senior/Staff Designer, you'll build the foundation of a design culture that will impact scientific research for decades to come. You will talk to users, translate these conversations, own visual identity, and define and implement design systems, documentation practices and workflows.

Own and grow Anara's LinkedIn presence to hundreds of thousands of followers by creating a content strategy that will establish their voice in the research community for years to come. Create compelling research-focused content that resonates with scientists, academics, and research professionals, translating complex topics into accessible and engaging posts. Monitor LinkedIn analytics and optimize content performance.
