Responsibilities:
- Support the Care Advice Line (CAL) call queue efficiently and safely.
- Answer incoming calls promptly and according to training guidelines.
- Provide effective communications to patients, caregivers, peers and healthcare providers.
Qualifications:
- Maintain relevant clinical experience and patient communication skills.
- Chart in the EMR efficiently according to healthcare standards.
- Collaborate effectively with the integrated care team.
Additional Tasks:
- Motivate patients to be proactive about their health and self-management.
- Assist in scheduling PCP, Virtual Clinic or specialist appointments as necessary.
- Handle other duties and projects as assigned.
