About the Role:

  • You will play a central role in supporting cancer survivors' mental health through individual therapy and collaborative care.
  • You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team including survivorship MDs, NPs, care navigators, and peer guides.
  • You will have access to robust clinical operations support and opportunities to shape program delivery.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and deliver evidence-based therapy protocols.
  • Collaborate with the care team to integrate mental health support into holistic survivorship care.
  • Provide psychoeducation to survivors and families using OncoveryCare educational content.

How You’ll Thrive:

  • Within 90 days, you will onboard with the clinical care team and begin conducting virtual visits.
  • Within the first year, you will build relationships with patients and providers and gain proficiency in survivorship therapy.
  • Long-term, you will have growth opportunities to contribute to program design and delivery.

What You Will Need:

  • 3+ years of clinical experience in psycho-oncology or survivorship care.
  • Master’s or doctorate in clinical psychology, counseling, or social work with active LCSW or LMFT license in NY or TN.
  • Proficiency in CBT and ACT, and excellent communication and empathy skills.
