What You'll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to address emotional concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief, and coping related to cancer.
- Provide crisis intervention and link patients to community resources for complex social or behavioral health needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams and advocate for patients to ensure coordinated care and access to treatment.
What You've Done:
- Earned a Master's in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program and hold a current LISW or LCSW license.
- Gained 3-5 years of social work experience in healthcare, ideally in oncology, palliative care, or hospice.
- Willing to obtain additional state licenses as needed.
