Responsibilities:
- Manage oncology patients, including chemotherapy side effects and symptom monitoring.
- Work with patients and families to provide disease understanding and address clinical and psychosocial issues.
- Make proactive symptom management calls and document in electronic medical record.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited RN program with two years of oncology experience and five years total nursing.
- Active RN license, OCN preferred, and current CPR certification required.
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and ability to work independently in a remote home office.
