The Clinical Counselor will provide assessment and short-term, solution focused counseling services to eligible individuals, marital or intimate partners, families and/or groups, with a scope of practice limited to counseling services for other conditions that may be a focus of clinical attention and adjustment disorders. The Headquarters Remote Clinical Counselor will provide surge support to warfighters and their families (telephonically, through an authorized online virtual platform, and in-person on the shore or in an afloat deployed environment) Navy-wide.
