Job Description

The Paid Media Specialist will be managing Google Ads Campaigns, launching, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns across Search, Display, and Video. You will prioritize conversions that go beyond lead generation, including SQLs, pipeline impact, and closed-won revenue. You will be partnering closely with sales to align on lead quality, refine campaign targeting, and maintain a strong feedback loop. You will also create dashboards and evaluate campaign results using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and spreadsheets. Conduct A/B tests on targeting, ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding tactics to drive performance gains. Manage spend pacing and performance targets, with clear reporting on ROI and CAC. Research and experiment with emerging ad formats and placements within the Google Ads platform.
