About the role:
- We are hiring a QA Manager to champion quality across Huckleberry's product suite.
- You'll lead a globally distributed team of 12 QA engineers and own the QA function end to end.
- This role is central to our mission of taking care of every family.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Lead and grow a globally distributed team of 12 QA engineers across manual and automated testing.
- Own the go/no-go call on release readiness and be accountable for it.
- Champion shift-left quality practices and establish quality best practices.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of total experience within QA, with 3+ years managing globally distributed teams.
- Mobile QA subject matter expert across manual and automated QA.
- AI-native QA practice with production processes that depend on it.
