Software Quality Assurance Manager

Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a blended Quality Engineering team across manual, exploratory, and automated testing.
• Manage team capacity, priorities, and delivery while modernizing processes.
• Build strong partnerships with Product, Engineering, and DevOps for shared quality ownership.

Automation Framework Strategy:

• Own the design and evolution of a scalable automation framework for web, mobile, API, and performance testing.
• Define technical standards, tool selection, and governance for enterprise quality engineering.
• Build a roadmap to migrate current practices into the future-state automation framework.

AI-Enabled Quality Engineering Transformation:

• Develop responsible AI adoption standards and measurement practices for quality engineering.
• Design agentic quality workflows that improve consistency and reduce repetitive work.
• Lead adoption of AI-assisted test generation, execution, and coverage analysis.

Delivery Integration and Shift-Left Quality:

• Partner with Product and Business Analysts to improve requirement quality and testability before development.
• Advance shift-left practices by involving quality engineering earlier in discovery and design.
• Embed automated test execution and quality gates into CI/CD pipelines.
