Job Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Revenue Cycle Manager. The Revenue Cycle Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of revenue cycle processes for our CFG facilities, including managing denials, reporting updates to leadership, cash flow, and process improvement. The role involves ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining compliance with managed care policies, private pay, and optimizing revenue. Additionally, the manager will analyze financial data to spot trends and improve revenue streams.
Prior experience in SNF or Senior Living is required. The candidate should have a Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Finance or a related field, and must have experience managing denials and Private Pay. Knowledge of Managed Care policies is required. Candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and remotely. Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
