What You'll Do:
- Design and run the experimentation engine to prove causation, including randomized holdouts and uplift measurement.
- Build predictive models for donor lifetime value, retention, and lapse risk, with explainable uncertainty.
- Own model quality, evaluation, and monitoring to ensure AI products remain trustworthy.
What You Bring:
- 8+ years of applied data science experience shipping production models that moved real metrics.
- Deep expertise in causal inference, experimentation, and predictive modeling with Python and SQL.
- Production ML experience with deployment, versioning, and monitoring via Databricks and MLflow.

- Competitive salary range of $138,100 - $230,200 and eligibility for a discretionary bonus.
