Job Description

The Head of Video will help build and launch highlights properties, developing new formats that utilize league highlights rights and incorporate analysis from journalists. They will manage video groups in Creative Development, including the UK operation, reporter video, original social video, and the highlights team. This leader will collaborate with the newsroom to create video formats, work with the commercial team to drive revenue, and partner with vertical leads to complement the editorial strategy. This role requires 10+ years of video production experience, a track record of launching successful video templates, deep understanding of video algorithms, and excellent leadership skills. The candidate needs to be a self-starter with great time management skills.
