About the role:
- Develop and enhance AI-powered capabilities across existing products.
- Implement new AI features and integrate emerging AI technologies.
- Ensure conversational and voice AI solutions remain reliable and scalable.
What you'll be doing:
- Integrate and maintain LLMs and AI services within production applications.
- Build and optimize RAG pipelines and agent workflows.
- Monitor and resolve AI-related production issues.
What you'll bring:
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with production AI applications.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with AI APIs like OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google Gemini.
- Understanding of software architecture and distributed systems.
