Job Description

The Web Designer, develops, and executes Smile Digital Health’s comprehensive digital marketing strategies and plans, which includes, but not limited to, SEO, PPC, cross-channel lead generation, and lead nurturing processes across web channels to align with Smile’s business goals, objectives and vision. Responsibilities include developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and conversions. The designer will also design, create, analyze, test, and update web pages, landing pages, calls-to-action, website copy and email campaigns to enhance conversion optimization and target achievement as well as increase quality website visits and drive visitors to relevant content to capture leads. The designer will monitor and optimize website loading performance and capacity and implement and manage marketing automation tools and software for the website, e.g., HubSpot, Pardot/SalesForce, and Google GA4.
