Establish the planning and execution infrastructure that keeps Atlan aligned and moving forward. Design and operationalise quarterly planning, OKRs, QBRs, and leadership cadences. Build company-wide business review systems that drive insight, accountability, and action. Codify how we work—from principles and rituals to templates and decision frameworks - and drive adoption across the organization. Bring clarity and structure to programs that cut across functions and drive transformation, track progress, surface roadblocks, and ensure momentum. Own internal company cadences—town halls, all-hands, strategic updates. Translate the company strategy into tools, systems, and communication that teams use to focus. Identify bottlenecks, friction, and misalignment across the company. Build systems that unlock leverage — through better decisions, better communication, and better tools.
