Account Manager

Serve as a driving force and accountability partner at Journey Clinical for Member Therapists. Meet Members where they are in their journey with us and ensure they experience the optimal value of their membership. Be the driving force for Member Therapists to enable their psychedelic-assisted practice activation and deepening engagement in JC services. Bring feedback and share insights with the team to generate new product ideas and requests. Work with your direct manager to escalate open questions and concerns to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous process improvements and deliver a world-class support experience. Build and nurture relationships with mental health providers, clinics, and partner organizations. Ensure seamless onboarding and engagement of therapists. Monitor the Member journey to identify and mitigate potential issues as well as discover opportunities to improve the process to meet key objectives. Coordinate with tech support, marketing, community, operations and the medical team to ensure Members have all resources necessary to meet their practice goals with Journey Clinical. Maintain compliance with HIPAA and mental health data standards.
