Job Description
The Business Operations Account Servicing Associate is responsible for a variety of business processing functions striving to optimize the customer experience, and ensuring that compliance and business objectives are being met. Throughout the post-enrollment customer life-cycle, the Specialist will provide key support in driving process improvements, automation and standardization throughout the organization.
This role will also monitor and analyze operational performance against established goals and objectives to provide better visibility to senior management. The successful candidate will be a well-organized, analytical, results-driven individual with experience reviewing & improving current processes, establishing new processes and is able to communicate across business units.
