Senior Staff Technical Program Manager

We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional projects from inception to launch, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and efficient execution. This position works hands on with engineering, product, marketing and design to define and execute the product roadmap. You are a senior leader with significant experience and expertise in technical program management, often mentoring junior team members and influencing stakeholders at all levels. You will be leading complex, cross-functional programs, managing programs that involve multiple teams and departments, requiring strong coordination and communication skills. You will ensure projects align with overarching objectives and key results, drive project execution by managing project schedules, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring timely delivery. You will streamline processes by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness in project execution. As a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager, you will facilitate communication and collaboration between different teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery. You will identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle, guiding and mentoring more junior team members in project management best practices. Effectively communicating project status, risks, and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders will also be a part of your role.
