Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and evolve the product usage and growth area, focusing on onboarding, activation, retention, and engagement to turn usage into sustainable revenue growth.
  • Partner with Lifecycle Marketing, PMM, Research, Data, and Engineering to define a clear growth strategy and execute an integrated roadmap.
  • Lead experimentation across onboarding flows and retention initiatives, using data to identify opportunities and drive quick, testable improvements.

Qualifications Required:

  • Strong product management experience with a proven track record in growth, onboarding, retention, or engagement, improving metrics that impact business.
  • High comfort with product analytics tools like Amplitude, and deep experience in hypothesis-driven product development and experimentation.
  • Excellent communication skills to simplify ambiguity and influence cross-functional teams across Product, Marketing, and Leadership for shared accountability.
