Associate Account Director

Real Chemistry is seeking an Associate Account Director to join our growing team. The Account Director manages client relationships and serves as a trusted partner to clients. The ideal candidate has a stellar client services reputation and is passionate about health care and digital health. In addition to leading client engagements, they will manage and galvanize cross-functional team members to think smarter, work effectively, and deliver groundbreaking results. Responsibilities include developing client relationships, managing internal teams, identifying risks, collaborating with colleagues, training junior staff, setting clear performance objectives, managing client budgets, understanding client expectations, and contributing to financial management. The role involves managing multiple client projects, collaborating with client peers, understanding Real Chemistry’s capabilities, identifying growth opportunities, and creating drafts for programs and media strategies.
