Controller

The Controller will oversee core accounting functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Treasury, and Project Accounting. You will ensure accurate and timely monthly closes, preparation of GAAP-compliant financial statements, and integrity of financial reporting. This role involves managing payroll processes in coordination with a third-party provider, maintaining strong accounting controls, policies, and governance frameworks appropriate for a fast-scaling startup. The role will also deliver financial reporting packages, metrics, and dashboards to support Board and executive decision-making.
