Solutions Software Engineer

Customer Interaction:

• Understand customer web applications and facilitate integration of ForMotiv’s Behavioral collection component.

• Assist customers in troubleshooting and problem resolution.

• Develop web technologies and applications to help our customers understand and leverage behavioral AI technologies and data.

Engineering Responsibilities:

• Provide feature development and bug resolution for our javascript library and related technologies.

• Evaluate and test new technologies to enhance ForMotiv’s offerings

• Provide performance and reliability testing

Additional responsibilities:

• Assist with the presales and post-sales processes, including building world-class demos

• Willingness to learn (and be taught)

• Eagerness to wear multiple hats and lend a hand to your teammates
